- Marketing: If you consent to receiving marketing information, subscribe to the newsletter, make an inquiry about the Administrator's products, or sign up for the SMS system, the data will be processed for the purpose of sending marketing information about the Administrator's products, based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest of the Administrator in this case is the desire to market their own products. These data will be processed until consent is withdrawn or an objection is made, in compliance with Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law Act of 16 July 2004.
- Cookies: If you accept cookies, the data contained therein will be processed for the purpose of analyzing statistical data based on cookies, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. These data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
- Loyalty Programs: If you sign up for the Loyalty Program, your data will be processed for the purpose of implementing this program, based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. These data will be processed until the Loyalty Program ends or until consent is withdrawn.
- Contact: In case of contact with the Administrator for any reason, the data will be processed for contact purposes, based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest of the Administrator in this case is the desire to contact customers and potential customers. These data will be processed until the need for contact ceases for both parties or until consent is withdrawn.
- Sales Analysis: Your data may be used to create statistics, summaries, and analyzes for internal purposes, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest of the Administrator in this case is the need to perform market analysis. These data will be processed until an objection is made or the need for market analysis ceases.
- Claims: Your data may also be used for the purpose of asserting legitimate claims by the administrator and conducting any legal proceedings, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The interest pursued by the Administrator in this case is the protection and enforcement of their rights. The data will be processed for the period in which the Administrator may pursue their claims.

Entities to whom your personal data may be transferred include:
- providers of IT systems and entities providing broadly understood IT services, as well as entities providing hosting services and social media portals,
- entities providing services on behalf of the Administrator, in particular accounting and legal services,
- postal and courier operators,
- electronic payment system operators and banks in the scope of payment processing,
- authorities entitled to receive your personal data under legal provisions.
In the case of linking the account .love website with the corresponding account on social media or with the Google account, the recipients of your personal data may be the following entities:

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or to international organizations. The personal data you provide will not be used for profiling.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to personal data concerning you, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, the right to obtain a copy of the data or request their transfer.
You have the right to withdraw your consents at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until their withdrawal. Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
