1. Definitions
- Service Provider: Refers to WeDieWithStyle, located in Poland, 05-074 Długa Kościelna, ul. Kochanowskiego 10e, operated by Aleksander Kamiński (NIP: 8222394587, REGON: 522742625).
- Client (You): The individual or entity purchasing goods and/or services from WeDieWithStyle.
- Price: The total amount payable for products, displayed in the currency indicated on the website or order form.
- Workday / Business Day: Any day (Monday to Friday) on which commercial banks in Poland are generally open for business, excluding public holidays.
- Custom (Made-to-Order) Product: Any product made or altered specifically to meet the Client’s individual preferences and sizes.
- In-Stock Product: Any product readily available for dispatch without the need for further tailoring or customization.

3. Payment Processing
- Payment Provider: Online payment services are provided by Blue Media S.A.
- Payment Methods:
- Credit card: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro (via PayPal or Paynow).
- Bank transfer via Paynow (instant) or a direct wire transfer (may take a few days).
4. Order Process
- In-Stock Products:
- Most products are in stock and can be shipped promptly once payment is authorized.
- The fulfillment time (before dispatch) typically does not exceed a few workdays for in-stock products.
- Custom (Made-to-Order) Products:
- These products are made or tailored to the Client’s requirements.
- Production usually takes up to 20 workdays (counted from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization).
- Shipping is initiated once production is complete.
- Resignation / Cancellation:
- For custom products, you can resign from (cancel) your order only before the production phase commences.
- Once production has started, cancellation is not possible due to the personalized nature of the items.
5. Order Fulfillment Time
The time to fulfill an order is counted from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization.
For in-stock items, shipping typically occurs within a few workdays.
For custom (Made-to-Order) products, production can take up to 20 workdays before shipping.
6. Delivery
All orders are shipped via courier after they are produced or, in the case of in-stock items, once payment is confirmed.

7. Returns and Withdrawals
7.1 Right to Withdrawal Prior to Production (For Custom Products)
- Consumers entering a distance contract have the right to withdraw without providing a reason.
- This withdrawal right can be exercised only before the production phase of the order begins.
- Once production has commenced, withdrawal rights are forfeited due to the custom nature of our offerings.
7.2 Limitations on Returns and Exchanges
We specialize in bespoke, Made-to-Order (MTO) products tailored to individual preferences and sizes.
Returns or exchanges are considered only if there is a verifiable error in production on our part.
7.3 Notification and Verification of Errors
If consumers identify potential sizing or production errors, they must send an email to: costumes@wediewithstyle.com.
The email should include:
- Clear photographs showcasing the perceived mistakes, with a measurement tape in the photos for reference.
- A brief description detailing the discrepancy.
Our team will review the submitted details to validate the error.
7.4 Validation and Outcomes of Returns
- If an error is validated:
- Consumers can return the product for a full monetary refund. The refund is processed within one week of receiving and verifying the returned item's condition.
- Alternatively, consumers can choose to have the item fixed or remade. Production of the replacement normally commences within one week, unless otherwise specified by our Customer Service (CS) department.
7.5 Return Shipping Compensation
We will compensate for return shipping costs, not exceeding the original shipping cost associated with the order.
7.6 Return Conditions
- Items being returned must be free from signs of physical wear. Any items showing wear will not be accepted for return.
- Monetary refunds or replacements will only be processed after we have received and verified the returned item’s condition.
7.7 Term for Assessing Returns
We will investigate and respond to return-related cases within 30 days of receiving the claim and the returned product (if required).
7.8 Communication with Customer Service
In specific cases, our Customer Service (CS) department may provide different instructions or timelines.
Consumers should always refer to the most recent communication from CS when considering returns or replacements.
